Barnes & Noble

This was my first time in a Barnes & Noble as I’m from Canada. I absolutely loved it! Books books and more books! I love the exclusive covers and the Classics with Penguin Cloth Books. The staff was really helpful and sweet. The store is clean and so was the Starbucks. It was the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon

In an online world, it’s great to have a local bookstore to purchase and browse. I always have a positive experience with the helpful staff. I appreciate the large inventory of many selections of books. They have a wonderful children’s section and assorted greeting cards, gifts with a coffee/food bar. They always have upcoming events. Pop in on lunch break. Get what i want, there's no one at the front cash. I ho to customer service in the middle, manager is talking to cashier. Manager gives me attitude when I said I'd like to pay and tells me to go to the front. Walks with me to the front, cashier is stocking shelves, good for her. Instead of checking me out himself he pulls her away and goes back to chatting. No wonder i buy all my books online.

Love all book stores. There is also the added convienence of the cafe to look over what you intend to buy. Great selections of books, drinks, atmosphere. So do access. Wonderful place to hang out in the cafe to read, craft, drink, relax.

Bathrooms were gross! Someone got sick and no one had cleaned it..just blocked the sink. Book selection is fair compared to other Barnes and nobles. I've added a few interesting books I found while visiting

The manger knew the stores inventory incredibly well. Great experience

This is an excellent bookstore! If you need to order a book, they will gladly do it for you. They have very knowledgeable employees.
