I bought a Dell computer from the Syracuse campus store at the beginning of the semester. However, by finals week, the computer wouldn’t even start. In December, I had to find an IT service that could diagnose the issue and return the laptop to me before my finals, as most IT services were backed up for 2 to 4 weeks after I left for winter break. The most frustrating part of this experience was that no one at the campus store was willing to help me. They also didn’t have the correct purchasing information for the computer, which meant I couldn’t contact Dell for assistance since it wasn’t registered in my name. This was particularly upsetting, considering it was a $2,500 computer that they wouldn’t allow me to return. I ended up having to purchase another laptop and transfer my data to it. Additionally, while trying to get help or return the laptop at their store, I had to explain to one of their employees that they sold the model I bought just three months ago. Instead of offering solutions to my computer problem, they just smiled and led me to the door. If you are a student, I strongly advise against purchasing any devices from the campus store. If anything happens to your device, you will be entirely on your own.re to go wrong with that device you would be entirely on your own.

Ordering: easy. Fulfillment: fast and perfect as ordered. Shipping....eh, pretty bad. Items were shipped rolled up in a plastic bag and sent via UPS Ground. The package took a beating. Suggest you ship in sturdier packaging, e.g. cardboard box. Thank you.

Could sell more books if they were immediately available, but that's not how things are done these days. Barnes and Noble had my physical book in stock, so I did spend $30 there, for what it's worth. As far as Syracuse merchandise, this place has you covered.

The staff on duty before the football game (kickoff was at 330pm) did not have a clue where anything was in the store. We were told by 4 different employees where they "thought" masks would be. After nearly an hour of searching we find out they have been out for several days. Absolute worst customer service / product knowledge I have ever experienced, and I'm a manager in retail!
