Super charming bookstore! The staff is genuinely enthusiastic about reading and it’s an amazing atmosphere to peruse titles. They have a wonderful selection of novelties and small gifts, including journals, stickers, jewelry, hats, and stationary. There’s a steady stream of people coming in and out—it’s really lively. Someone even brought their cat, which attracted a small crowd of course. They have a great buy back program if you can finish your books within four months.

Leigh's bookstore is my go to place for Buddhist ☸️ books 📚. Small but good selection. The rest is well stocked with various books on religion to fiction novels. Next door is their bookstore for children-bookasoras. The best part is doggie friendly. Kimmy and I enjoy looking for books 📚 and talking to the friendly staff. Encourage to take your furry friend to bookstore.

A booklovers bookshop. A place to enjoy the experience of books with solid staff recommendations, and lots of variety. I found two contrasting editions of Eliot's Wasteland here and all the latest fiction and non fiction, plus an extensive ouevre of ironic socks and brave literary voices for difficult times.

This is one of the few remaining bookstores left around us. Stepping inside is like walking into the past when we were blessed with charming small shops that you could happily lose yourself in for hours. Leigh's Favorite Books carries so much more than books. They have walls and shelves of whimsical accessories, scented candles, hilarious BlueQ socks and bags, lovely notebooks, totes, mugs, Kikkerland items, and the list can go on. It's the perfect place to find a gift. Their location in downtown Sunnyvale is situated near the best eateries, a fun toy store, and gelato/ice cream place. ..also, many of they buy back many of the books they sell up to 50% of their sales price. Hoping this treasure of an establishment stays in business for years to come.

I go to Leigh's Favorite Books whenever I'm free from school and need something to cure my soul. They have a variety of NEW books and OLD books so you get everything you need in one store. It's small, but I think it makes it more homely and gives a warm winter type of vibe. I remember my brother bought me something from this book store and ever since then I've been going with him ALL THE TIME. I love their 50% of deals and employee book recommendations. It's great to just return my book to the store when I'm done reading so I don't spend too much money on books. The employees are so sweet and I would recommend coming here whenever you have time and want a book to read!

The staff are genuinely friendly and always happy to help or recommend something unexpected. Beyond the books, there’s a delightful selection of stickers, postcards, stationery, and all sorts of heart-warming trinkets that make you smile and want to linger. I’m absolutely in love with this store — it’s a rare gem that reminds you why real bookstores will never go out of style. ❤️
