Stopped in here with my daughter in this place is amazing! It’s a single-story building with tons of books in there. There’s also a Starbucks if you’d like to get a coffee. I was really surprised at how many books they have here. They also have a great selection of Lego and game options here. We primarily came to look for my daughter to get a book for her to read on vacation. The staff was great and the restrooms were clean!

I was in there this evening and the staff’s behavior was very disappointing. I asked for help finding something and was given a blank stare and when I asked if she could search for it in the computer or tell me where to look she said the system is "unreliable" and left it at that. I let it go and decided to continue browsing anyways and then a few minutes later I overheard a conversation with 3 employees that was happening in the center of the store; where they were openly mocking several customers for their purchases. I’ve worked in a lot of different jobs and this just didn’t sit right with me, because there’s no circumstances where that should be considered okay. I understand employees blowing off steam but doing that in the middle of the store around other customers was shocking. I called in just to let a manager know so they could handle it internally, and Cal was dismissive and unprofessional. I was initially very calm and thought they’d at least want to know to avoid future problems with other customers, but he proceeded to hang up on me, and when I called back he tried to give me a fake email address to contact. Had he handled this any other way it simply would’ve ended there, but I’m blown away by the complete lack of basic respect shown by the staff at this location.

Shout out to Dorothy and the staff. On Saturday 11/1/25 my sister in law and I were in there. A member of their staff suggested a book to us because the author was signing books that day at noon. We left and came back and Dorothy said after we had left they realized they had the day wrong on the author being there. Since we had purchased the book and couldn't come back on sunday 11/2/25 she had the author sign our books and she had the books shipped to me. They went far and beyond to deliver amazing customer service. Heather and Jamie

Barnes and Noble is my all time favorite place to go, especially in the colder months. They are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is calming and comfortable. I have not ever had a bad experience. Except for the occasional novel being out of stock, usually on most popular and newely released editions, they have every story I go inside looking for.

I have gone to Barnes and Noble for years, always finding the one book I wanted -and then three more I hadn’t known I wanted. I have to leave my debit card at home when I come here or else I would drain my account. the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and the place is calming and helps me relax. if I could, I'd spend all day here.
