I come here all the time and find myself wandering around looking at the 100s of different options of books they have. They just added a new section of vinyls and dvds. They also have a cafe area where you can grab a coffee and pastry while you get some work done. The staff is always very helpful when you are looking for a book or need a good recommendation. I can’t wait til I finish my book and come back again!

My wife and I stopped by this Barnes and Noble today because she wanted to look for a book. We found parking easily here but just be aware that they have a sign that said 2 hours parking in the lot. This store is pretty spacious and organized. If you have time, I would suggest walking around the store to get familiar on where certain book will be. When you walk inside, the kids books, toys, magazines and entertainment games will be on the right. The cafe or Starbucks is straight ahead and the books will be on the left side of the store. They even have another room for music and media where they'll have DVD, vinyl and music CDs. I looked at their technology books, legos selection, the kids storytime area and also visited the music and media room. They don't have a lot of cashier so just be understanding.

They had the book I needed and they put on hold for me. When I arrived. It was very easy to just grab it and pay hassle free

I had a very disappointing experience at this Barnes & Noble location. I purchased a LEGO set that was opened at home and found to be missing pieces, which makes it a defective product. I returned to the store seeking an exchange, not a refund. I interacted with two different managers (one woman and a man who identified himself only as "Nico"). From the start, the tone was adversarial and dismissive. Nico refused to provide his last name, appeared visibly anxious, raised his voice, and repeatedly said he did not believe me. He pushed the box back toward me and stated there was "nothing he could do," without offering an exchange or any escalation. When I asked to see or review the store’s return policy, he was unable to explain it and did not offer to show it, despite the policy being posted in-store and allowing exchanges for defective items. No effort was made to resolve the issue in a professional or courteous manner. I understand store policies, but the lack of basic customer service, refusal to even discuss options, and hostile behavior were unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

They are 100 percent open. Very helpful and going out of their way. Great customer service. I am very excited about Barnes & Noble is still in business. A place all ages can go to expand their own minds.

The range of kids books and adults is astonishing. So many dedicated toy aisle is something many toy shops might lack. Only gripe is limited science and tech book number.

I have never had a bad experience at this Barnes & Noble location. On top of that, they have a Starbucks located inside the establishment, and the Baristas that work there are absolutely phenomenal. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive when hearing out customers with constructive criticisms. This location is also what is the cleanest businesses I have ever seen in my life.
