Really great shop. Lots of great crystals, very easy, organized and beautifully setup. A few cases of jewelry. A whole room dedicated to tarot cards and books. They also offer great services too, like aura readings, card readings; sound bath and other healing modalities. I didn’t have enough time to see it all, but did find something I liked and will be back!

I was connected to The Universal Connection Store at a time when I set the intention to incorporate more of the spiritual dimension into my everyday life. The store offers a wide range of products and services that make it feel like a one-stop shop. Matt and Tracee are very knowledgeable, and I felt I was in good hands whenever I had a question or needed assistance. They were incredibly helpful throughout my experience.

I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the EXTRAORDINARY customer service that was given to my BFF and myself. Let me explain...a few weeks ago my BFF placed an order online to be mailed to him. In that order he had ordered a few items for me, that I would pick up from him when I next saw him. His order arrived on a Friday, and I was set to visit that evening. Well, we were both saddened to see that the order had been mailed incomplete. My BFF reached out to the store and spoke to Matt. Matt was so apologetic and embarrassed but extremely kind andnwilling to correct this wrong. AND HE DID!! Matt went ahead and mailed me directly the items that were ordered for me. And he also mailed my BFF his missing items. He even went the extra mile and called my BFF to let him know the orders were on their way. On Monday, we both received our orders. To our surprise----Matt had added a Rose Quartz Crystal and an extra sage to each bag. Wow!!!! We honestly were expecting just what we had ordered, no problem. We are all human and can make mistakes. But to see Matt go ABOVE & BEYOND for our small orders was AMAZING! Gracias! Both my BFF and I are customers since we happen to come across this cute and quaint store a few years back. Now, we are LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMERS! Thank you for showing us so much love, respect and consideration Matt. We appreciate you and your wonderful store.❤️

I was referred to this store by one of my friend/coworker so I went in this afternoon with my youngest daughter to pick out a necklace and a bracelet but came out with more than what I wanted to purchase. Staff were very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience with this store & their staff ! I had a necklace with me that I wasn’t sure if it was made up of natural crystals. I went inside to check . The staff member was very friendly & helpful . She listened patiently & gave me few useful tips on how to recognize if it’s natural crystal or man-made . She could have easily denied any conversation with me as I wasn’t there to purchase anything but instead she took time to answer my questions with patience & smile on her face . This is definitely a good store & I recommend it !

What an amazing place! I don't know why I didn't know about this shop pre-pandemic. I would love to spend hours there. There is a 15 min in store limit during peak hours. I'll definitely be going again during the week when it's not as busy. I think I only stood in line for 15 min waiting to get in with about 4 people in front of me, and it was worth it! The shop is light and bright and absolutely beautiful. Their crystal collection is very breathtaking, and I'm amazed at how many goodies are packed into this place. The employees are kind and helpful and overall I'm so glad I went, even only having 15 min to shop. I found a tarot deck that is currently out of print and hard to find, so I'm very happy!

I've been here many times. Yesterday around 5pm was different. I likely won't be back again. I purchased 2 crystals a couple weeks ago that are labeled as jade. My own research yielded they are actually serpentine. I mentioned this to a store rep, and received pushback and unnecessary combativeness. I was here today to enjoy myself and grab some new items, not to be spoken to in such manner. The rep was highly offended and suggested it was my word against hers and that jewelers deal with higher end gems and not crystals. She went on to state they don't sell fake stones, and the owner has been using the same vendors for many years. I never said the stones were fake. I mentioned they were very pretty and I'd be keeping them. Serpentine is a great crystal but not at all in the jade family and not for the particular intensions I had in mind. The store rep turned her back to me while I was in mid sentence while trying to explain I had not called the crystal fake, and she grabbed the store manager. The store manager was very polite and informative. She took her time to hear me out and advised she would let the store owner know. That's all I wanted! When I got to the counter to pay for my items, the store rep that was rude to me finished assisting the customer ahead and then asked the store manager to step in to assist me instead of taking the opportunity to smooth the situation over or to thank me for coming back. This rubbed me the wrong way, and I left without making a purchase. There are too many crystal healing and botanica shops around to spend money at a place that doesn't treat you nicely. The energy was off, and I should have left right after the employee spoke to me in that manner.
