There was a lady with an eye patch who was the most rude person I’ve ever met. They don’t take gift cards that were issued less than 12 months ago either. The books are over priced and they don’t even keep them in stock, you have to order it online and wait at least a week. Ridiculous for a school that offers sooo much help to its students. Never step foot in this place. Not to mention it’s half empty.

NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! They overprice everything! There staff has the worse attitude problem. One of my codes for a website stopped working, so I went to them to get it fixed because the company was unable to help me because I didn’t purchase it from them. If I were to purchase it from the company directly, they would’ve been able to get me my code back immediately. But now I’m gonna have to spend money I don’t have to get another code because the school is money hungry. During the entire exchange, the staff was judging me saying "why didn’t you come in sooner" " you should come in sooner because now the semester is coming to an end" " I wouldn’t have throw away the code until after the semester" " why didn’t you bookmark the website?" Some of those statements would not even have made a difference but it was just a way for her to judge. To make it look like I’m not doing enough.

Michael was great and went above and beyond when the 1 thing we needed wasn't available. 66$ for a simple hooddie and 5$ for a chapstick are just silly so that's why I only gave it a 4 star.

Visited here before my daughter's college orientation. Plenty of school supplies and swag to buy. Of course had to load up on tee shirts and jackets. Prices were decent and selection is vast. Friendly help as well.

I noticed all of the bad reviews, so I thought I would share a better experience. It's a stressful time, and I picked a bad day to go. But even though I parked illegally I didn't get a ticket, and my order was all together and i picked it up easily from the online pick up section.

If you work here you shouldn't advise people to save money on textbooks at Amazon. Thanks for doing me a solid, but you can't stay employed here if we all decided to shop elsewhere. The staff is polite and helpful, and no one seemed miserable, which is always a bonus at any business.
