Nice clean open aisles. I was told that this location was fairly new. It definitely looked like it. There was even a nice comfortable chair conveniently located where I was browsing. I was greeted when I walked 🚶‍♂️ in and when I left. I will definitely come back again when I get a chance. There were some things that I was really interested in.

Loved the store but you do have employees that are very rude. The short fat guy with short brown/blond hair was very rude and did not apologize for his rude behavior treated me like I was going to steal but was only going to pick out how I wanted my name to show up on the Bible my sister bought me. The manager was also rude to my sister when she asked how she could sale her books in your store. With a snotty attitude she told my sister " you see the name on the building, go to our website and figure it out you're self." I've been in retail almost 35 years and I would never speak to a customer the way those two employees spoke to us. We spent close to $300 dollars in your store and do not appreciate your employees speaking to us that way. Those two need better customer service skills.

Great selection of books, shirts and different home items. They do have a lot of merchandise from proven false teachers, which is concerning. They have lots of Steven Furtick, Joel Osteen, Craig Groeschel, Brandon Lake, etc.

Being inside the store is a slice of heaven. Always very helpful and friendly. So Much to browse....you could spend hours!!

A nice and useful addition to the already welcoming retailtainment experiences in the Pinnacle Hills and Pinnacle Promenade destinations in the City of Rogers, Arkansas.  It suitably complements the goods and services provided at the adjacent stores.

Mardels is a great place to get practically anyone a gift. They have beautiful wall hangings, some seasonal decor, bibles for literally any age, jewelry, clothing, Bible study material as well as a wonderful book selection, school supplies, music, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and parking is easy and plentiful.
