Barnes & Noble left Montrose Plaza for Congressional Plaza a few years ago. While the store is smaller, it is a clean, beautiful space with smart use of space. It is also convenient, well stocked, and the staff are polite and helpful. I have purchased many things at this location over the past several years.

I absolutely love this bookstore, and my daughter enjoys it as well. The atmosphere is wonderful and very inviting. The only downside is the café at this location, the coffee is unfortunately not very good. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to relax with a book, and it would be perfect if the coffee matched the quality of the space.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time at Barnes & Noble last Friday, and it was all thanks to Zenae. I stopped in to purchase items for an event I was hosting at work, and at 8 months pregnant, standing for long periods was difficult. I asked Zenae if it would be okay for me to sit in the Starbucks area while paging through a few magazines, and she immediately said yes. Not only that, she went above and beyond by offering thoughtful suggestions to help with my event, checking on me periodically, and even offering me a complimentary cup of water. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a difference and truly stood out. Zenae was absolutely amazing, and her level of service is exactly what keeps customers coming back. Barnes & Noble is lucky to have her!

B&N is the book franchise that just won't die. And that's amazing. This one is excellent. Period. A great place to just chill out, read, have a coffee, getting your mind off the chaos going on in the world. The cafe is spacious but please know that the seats fill up quick. They're always keeping up to date with the latest releases, staff is so friendly and helpful. I really like this place.

Place is so clean and organized. I love the café lounge area! Very bright, lots of open windows! Great place to enjoy coffee and work on my tablet.
