Rick's Recycled Books

I love a good used book store but I was overwhelmed. The shelves were overflowing and in some places double stacked so you couldn’t see the books in the back. Piles on the floor. Very narrow aisles and hard to really sift through everything. I left with only 1 book. Could really use a good clean out and some organization.

This place is AMAZING! There are so many books new and old from a variety of genres (mystery, classics, sci-fi, young adult, romance, etc.). I would highly recommend visiting this place if you love books and you’re in the area. Rick is incredibly kind and helpful - he offered book recommendations and show recommendations. I was able to get all the books shown in the picture for less than $30!

Amazing used bookstore. I got quite the haul !I will definitely be back! So many books and the owner is a true gem!

the owner was super nice and helped me look for an author- he knows where everything SHOULD be but he says people move stuff around and he cant help when people do that. its so fun to look around if you love books and have an hour to spare.

He has so many books! Very unorganized though so make sure you have time to look through. Also no bathroom. You have to walk down to Subway and buy something to use their bathroom (which didn't have toilet paper or paper towels).

I will say I am mainly disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm from the owner (or the person working there today) who did not even greet us upon entering or at any point in our visit. We made multiple passes by the little room where he sat watching TV and he never even looked up. It was a gem of a space but very hard to find anything if you're looking for some specific.

Absolutely a great book store. You could spend a whole day in here and not see everything. The owner was very helpful. Found some great books. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.
