I really enjoy coming here so much, not just because I can find craft supplies that I could never get at Walmart, but also because the prices are unbelievably good, sometimes 2 to 4 times cheaper! On top of that, every visit feels special, since I also get to meet the owner’s lovely cat. The cat is so sweet and friendly that I couldn’t resist bringing a little handmade toy as a gift. It makes the whole shopping trip feel more personal and heartwarming.

I loved visiting and exploring everything available! There are a good diverse selection of books, but the star of the show is the ample reused craft supplies. Anything from faux florals, strings and ribbons, fabric swatches, tiny jars, spray and normal paints, and anything else you can imagine. A delightful place to shop around sustainably

Dragon Bite is a true gem in the Roanoke valley. There’s always an interesting title, tempting craft supplies and a friendly face in the other customers and the owner Cathrine. Check out their special workshops, they are affordable and informative!!!

What a lovely gem! We are so lucky to have a creative reuse shop in Roanoke. This store is well stocked with all sorts of cool stuff. I came looking for a specific item and found more than I needed - the stock of yarn is particularly impressive. You can find all sorts of craft supplies here, as well as used books. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m looking for crafting materials, gifts, or just want to peruse for hidden gems!

If you need craft supplies, office supplies, homeschool books, study, and pleasure reading, stop by the store. If she doesn't have it, you will get a referral to somewhere that does. Fun environment. Betty will entertain you as you look around.

I've been wanting to stop in this store for a while and it's as cute as I'd imagined! Any crafters fairytale dream it's so neat to dig through the treasures of books or craft supplies. Everything is priced affordably and stock seems to rotate quite frequently. The owner and dragon kitty on duty are super friendly with questions and I've seen that artists sometimes host workshops from here. Definitely love the idea of giving new life to unused goods and would recommend anyone to check it out!

WHAT. A. GOLDMINE!!! This place is truly a treasure, and not just for treasure hunters. You know all those craft supplies that you have cluttering up your "craft" room? The ones that you don't want to throw away because they're not trash but also you know you aren't going to use it... you take it here! You can donate those things, and you can try to resist shopping for more while you're there (seriously, there is so much great stuff and the prices are beyond fair). Kathryn and Betty were an absolute pleasure to meet, I am really looking forward to going back.
