This is just an excellent store. Huge huge huge selection. Plus they've got all of the Starbucks coffee selection inside. Grab a book and magazine, get some caffeine, and enjoy yourselves. I noticed that there were people in the store from all of the demographics, young and old and the skin colors were like the United Nations. It was truly wonderful. Good job! Barnes& Noble. Good minds and good reading are truly the best remedy. Happy New Year.

Great place to take your young readers! Lots of selections! There's fun trinkets, puzzles, journals, and Legos too! My daughter and I had a mommy/daughter day and had a great time. We also got some goodies from the cafe.

I find this to be a neat clean organized set up. Everything was easy to find and visible . Even with the store crowded you were able to navigate throughout. Recommend if in the area and want to check out a different location than normal.

I have been having great experiences here since I was a child. This is a very good place to go. I enjoy getting manga and romance novels from here. I love how it smells of coffee from the café and is quiet and peaceful. The smell of books and coffee is wonderful. I enjoyed being surrounded by books. Everyone here is nice and super friendly and great at finding things and checking for in-stock items. Dislike long lines and some books not getting shipment yet but I still enjoy going here. Love this place and will continue coming here. 🥰

Omg haven’t been to one of these stores in forever. So awesome! Got all sorts of 50% off books and the staff is so helpful. Even got a taster of coffee for free! They walk around with them. Bought some new self help books and more for my book collection! Highly recommend!

Nice and cozy library with a starbucks inside, wide variety of books and good customer service overall 10/10

I’ve been coming to this Barnes & Noble with my son for YEARS and have never had an issue until today. My son loves books, loves reading, loves anime, and is genuinely one of the most joyful little humans ever. He’s finally old enough to browse on his own while I’m in another aisle, and apparently that was… a problem? The OLD BALD loss prevention security JASON decided it was acceptable to walk up to my son, take the books out of his hands, and take the books to the front. Mind you he was literally just looking for me so he could show me the books he wanted to BUY. Since when is it okay to take items out of a customer’s hands and make a kid feel uncomfortable instead of, oh I don’t know, asking where his parent is? The whole situation made my son feel embarrassed and singled out, and that’s not okay. Barnes & Noble, please do better. Teach security to NOT PROFILE & teach them that browsing is not stealing, and that books in a kid’s hands aren’t a crime. If this is the new policy, I hope they plan on doing it to every customer in the building adults included!
