Really nice local book store. Can't beat the prices! One word of caution, they have toys for children, but my daughter became ill the day after playing with them. It could be unrelated, but you never know. You might ask when the last time the toys were sanitized before you let a child play.

Everyone was soo helpful! I didn't even have to look for a book myself if I didn't want to they were all helping out with my booklist! & for the price... i Definitely recommend all book lovers to come and check this place out! $3 for any hardback is an amazing price and the books looked like they were in great condition! I purchased 4 books & I know I will be back when i need more! The books I was looking for were kind of a hit or miss but they have a HUGE selection you will find atleast 1 book you are looking for!

Went to The Friend Shop for the first time and loved it! All staff were friendly and showed me where the different category books were. When I found books to read and went to pay for them, I was surprised at the great prices. Since The Friend Shop is close to my home, I will be coming back often!

Super friendly staff and a large selection of books! An all volunteer run non profit charity supporting libraries and fund literacy programs by selling community donated books and media.

Great selection of books. Very organized. This non profit supports the Dolly Parton Imagination Library for children in Sandoval County. They also support teachers with grants for classroom materials, high school scholarships and many more literacy causes! This is a great place to shop for books, movies and music as well as puzzles! Also a great place to donate gently used books, media and music..

The people here are so friendly and helpful! The store also carry a wide selection of everything. I came in with a long list of books and walked out with almost all of them!! I love this book store! $3 hardcover and $2 soft. I just walked out with a box of books… P.S. Management - where do I sign up for volunteer!?? Haha.

On a trip through Albuquerque, we decided to try to stop at as many used bookstores as we could - we managed to stop at 5 in one day! The FriendShop was the highlight of our day. What friendly, welcoming, and helpful volunteers were working there! We loved the store and will definitely return if and when we are back in the area.
