Kinokuniya Bookstore - Plano

Small but the staff are great. On one occasion I called to ensure they had an item in stock On another, I asked if they were able to stock a certain figure On my recent, though the figure I wanted wasn't on the floor, the worker was able to assist me in purchasing it as it was above level. Thank you for being so assisting and helpful Kino staff! Carrolton location could learn a thing or two. Love taking a look while I'm in the area.

Where to start?! So much anime greatness. Puzzles galore, Sanrio goodies! All the pens and pencils😍 Pins and papers too. So much goodness. AND then the market has delish mochi! Def worth a trip back to Plano!

Small, but nice. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hope is a great help in finding exactly what you are looking for. The Tamagotchi Paradise Jade Forrest is now in stock!

Incredible shop in the Mitsuwa. I went in looking for the Young Magazine that Kinokuniya recently had given away a bunch of copies of, only to learn that they were out. The awesome person running the register offered to give me their own copy of the magazine. Probably the most kind staff I have ever experienced. Thank y'all so much, will always be appreciative!

Store has cool stuff but staff is subpar. Bought $100+ on three oversized stuffed animal, asked them for three individual bags because they are gifts for three kids, and they are stingy on their plastic bags!

Perfecr store to purchase manga, notebooks, and pens as they have plenty of those! It is a small store, so it gets cramped real quick! It is located inside of Mitsuwa Marketplace.

First time coming here, I had a great experience. The store was clean, Everything was organized and everybody was super nice when I needed assistance finding items. I kindly asked two employees about a specific item and they were very polite and helpful. I'm really excited i found this place and its only 20mins away from where i live vs the Carrollton location because I was looking for a US retail store for a specific item sold here so I dont haveto order overseas and wait two or more weeks for it to arrive and this store shockingly surprise me because they had it. Such cute items here. Only thing that stinks is that their items seems to be overpriced. Tiny pack of stickers runs about 10.99 and higher and their pens are overpriced as well then what amazon has them for and also Amazon had the same item i bought here for legit 80 buck cheaper. i really should have checked there first but Overall it was good store and had a good experience. if i really need an item illl be back again but I think the prices are based off of " convenience " so that's why I give it four stars and not five is bc their prices seem high.
