Daiso - Japanese Household Goods

Loved my visit to Daiso! It’s like a Japanese Version of the dollar store. All items are $1.75 unless otherwise priced. I had so much fun walking up and down the aisles looking at all the cute items. I left with some Japanese drinks and some cute Disney pens. They had a lot of office supplies as well so I’m definitely going to go back and grab some of those. They have a lot of storage boxes, plushies, toys for kids, makeup, cleaning supplies, kitchen items, and more. The list goes on and on. Most of the items are priced in Yen but they have a pricing chart that you can easily compare it all to dollars so you know the correct pricing.

Bought 2 eyeliners for 3.5 each, super bad quality, no color at all!!! They don't accept refund or returns, money to the trash.

i enjoyed the variety of merchandise and Japan goods that this Daiso offers. Friendly staff and clean place. it smells refreshing too.

I always came to this store way many years ago when I was living & worked not too far from Northridge. This store has more selections of stuffs the one by woodland hills doesn't. So every now and then I'll stop by just to "hunt" for cute little stuffs. Got a lot of these bags as souvenirs for my loved ones when I'm visiting them. $1.75 each More functional than expensive souvenirs at the airports stores!

Great place for unexpected useful items. Always love to visit this location, Santa Monica, and 3rd Street & Alameda location in Los Angeles. We never fail to find items that come in handy. Thanks Daiso, please come to Ventura County. 😊👍🏻

They should stop doing business this way. I visited this store a few days ago. I purchased something but later changed mind and took the unopened item the next morning for return but they said no return no exchange. There was no signage at the door or anywhere in the store (other than on the wall behind the cashier with tiny fonts, later I found out), and nobody told me about the policy when I made the purchase. Had I known the policy, I wouldn't have purchased the item. The manager said it's also printed on the receipt, but this argument doesn't make sense, because how would I know it until I made the purchase? Also, no return part I may be able to understand, but why no exchange at all? What's more funny is that they have random signages here and there for, like "how to prevent phishing?" or something, to make it even harder for people to see the "no return no exchange" policy sign. I will never visit this store again, and they should stop doing business this way. This is deceiving the customers. Otherwise, they will lose them eventually.
