Never Ending Books

A hidden gem in New Haven! Free books! I found some copies of my favorite book here and a few others to explore also consider donating your books! Some photos are from the mutual aide program that is run here monthly. Free items for all, be sure to donate and recycle some items food, clothing, pet food that need a new home. More spaces like these need to exist considering the burden overconsumption puts in our environment and well being. Thanks to all who make this space possible! I believe there are events here as well, just check it out!

This is a gem of a place. The nicest staff you’ll ever meet, and best of all - books are all free! Make sure you donate to the cause, because they are soon running out of cash and may not be able to stay open long without your support

This is a bookstore unlike any other, if you don't have a whole lot of money and are looking for a good read this is the store for you. All books are sold for whatever donation you wish to give the store. The only caveat is that you do not bring back the books, you are encouraged to pass them along to a friend when you are finished with them. This venue also offers a small community space with a stage. This allows them to hold open poetry and Open Mic nights all throughout the year. If you're a book lover this place should definitely be on your list of treasured stores.

I've never actually been here, but everything I read about this place points me in the direction that this is thee' place for experimental music in New Haven, and please keep in mind that I am a product of the early 1980s NYC downtown art/music scene. I'll make it a point to stop by soon..........

Can grab free books they have lined up outside on a bookshelf, books are very well kept and interesting reads, they also offer Guided meditations on Thursday evenings sometimes

Just go you're going to love it

I have NEVER found this store open. i moved to this area 8 months ago. Every time I walk down State, I am hoping maybe this time. Never. No signs of life there.
