Customer service was fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. I wish this place was near where I lived at cuz I'd be there all the time. Unfortunately I am not which my husband's super happy about but it was a fantastic store regardless

Good customer service and selection - however I bought a small mystery box here and the item inside appeared to have been swapped with a completely different type of figure than what was depicted as the possible options on the box. The box says "you will get 1 of these 6 figures" - but when we opened it we got an unwrapped figure, unrelated to the box. My demon slayer fiancé was confused and I was sad. Maybe you are just reusing the boxes… I guess that maybe makes sense?? But honestly I feel scammed.

Came to this store for the first time and the owner Ahmed was so nice and so thoughtful! We bought a shirt that could be designed that you wanted and he gave me a free pen and a pillow since he noticed i was eyeing on the pen. Thank you so much! This is awesome!

The inventory was extensive. I found exactly what I wanted and the owner ( presumably ) had great customer service. He knew about the figures I chose which gave us good conversation before I cashed out. 5 out of 5

This place is cool and unique , great finds and the customer service is amazing. Today was my second visit with my family, we left with some fun stuff . I will be returning 🤗

Walk around the store and looks cool the person there did not even look at us or talk and that fine, was just looking someone said fake stuff no idea about that.

Super cool. The layout is awesome! Manga style flooring so many things anime lovers would love. Def recommend.
