I love this place so much, most of my kpop albums are from this place!! I was able to get my hands on stray kids ver. 2 light stick!! This place has a wonderful selection, many albums, many plushies, bias packs, etc. This is my favorite and #1 place for kpop shopping!!

This is our favorite Kpop store. We have been to Kpop Nara in MI and IL (and waiting for the one to open in MOA)- but our favorite store for Kpop is OtaKuPop. The owner is awesome and is always finding and replenishing the supply of Kpop so it is different every time we go into the store. Also very affordable. The prices are the same as anywhere else which is great for a boutique specialty store.

Super niche but very cool shop. They carry only K-Pop and J-Pop, but the space is not large. It's basically covered in music, collectables, etc. related to those groups/artists. The guy who owns & runs it is super nice and very knowledgeable about what he carries. He will try to order stuff if he doesn't currently have it in stock. As far as I'm aware, its the best place to go for Asian Pop music, etc. in the Twin Cities.

Store was beautiful clean and bright!! Fantastic collection, I was able to complete my SKZ Album collection!! Pricing was great, especially when you consider the other choice for most merch is overseas shipping!!! Derek was incredibly friendly and polite, I will definitely recommend this is the best way to get KPop albums and merch in the Twin Cities!!

A must stop for a Kpop fan, current releases and some older collectable albums. Owned and operated by a real fan. Some limited hours but this is a one man show and a valuable resource in town!

I bought my Stray Kids Version 2 lightstick from Otaku Pop in Minneapolis a while ago, and I’ll be honest, at first I was a little worried about whether it was authentic or if it would actually work at the concert. There are so many fakes out there, and I didn’t want to show up to a Stray Kids show with a fake. 😭 Fast forward a whole year later, and I finally got to go to the Stray Kids DOMINATE tour—and guess what? The lightstick connected to concert mode perfectly!! It lit up with the crowd, synced to the music, and honestly made the whole experience even more magical. 🫶 I was SO relieved and honestly overjoyed that it worked exactly like it should. Super grateful to Otaku Pop for selling real, official merch. You definitely earned my trust and my future K-pop purchases too!! Thank you for not scamming me. 🥹💗

I came to Minneapolis to for a kpop concert and jeez… Their selection is honestly the best I’ve ever seen so far in a kpop store (alongside Kpopusa and choice music) the staff is professional and friendly and prices are decent here, if they had a online store id definitely be buying… although I struggled with the parking around here but that’s of course okay and nobody’s fault haha
