AVC photo video store

Amazing service! All The employee Are super nice , Eduardo was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my son’s questions, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. You can tell he really knows cameras and cares about customers, not just making a sale. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a camera store—highly recommend asking for him if you come in!

Great photo and video store! They have the full lineup of lenses I need at great prices, and featured areas for all the major manufacturers (Nikon, Canon, Sony, Fuji, DJI, Hasselblad, etc). Caesar was friendly and fast to help me get the lens I needed. Definitely will be shopping here again.

I recently arrived in Fort Lauderdale. I was looking to buy a Canon R6 Mark 3 that was newly released. I could not find one. A friend of mine got online from his computer back home and found AVC Photo and Video in Miami. He then sent me their information, so I contacted them. I talked to a young lady named Kat on the phone. I explained my situation. She checked their stock and found that they had the body only kit which is what I was looking for available. I told her I would be ubering there and it would take me about an hour to get there. She said she would put the camera aside for me along with some extra batteries the battery grip and a few other things I asked for. When I arrive at the store. I was pleasantly surprised to find the best photography store I'd ever been in. It was large, they had everything you can imagine, their staff was knowledgeable and Kat's customer service was second to none. I was able to get everything I had been looking for. I left happy, knowing that from now on when I'm in Florida looking for photography equipment, this would be my first and probably only stop. And Kat would be my go to person in the store. She was kind, patient and helpful. She allowed me the time to look things over and ask questions. I never felt rushed. I felt like she really wanted me to leave there satisfied and she certainly succeded.

I had an outstanding experience working with Kathleen at AVC Audio. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely attentive to what I was trying to achieve. She took the time to understand my needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was her attention to detail and follow-through. In an industry where clarity and timing matter, Kathleen delivered on both. She made complex decisions feel simple and ensured everything was handled professionally and efficiently. If you’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with great customer service, I highly recommend Kathleen. I would absolutely work with her again.

I had such a great experience at AVC Photo and Video! Caesar fixed my camera super quickly and efficiently, and I’m honestly so, so happy with how everything turned out. He was really nice, kind, and helpful the whole time. He took the time to explain what was wrong and helped me understand why it happened. That meant a lot to me. Amazing service all around — I definitely recommend them!

Amazing store with so much gear if you’re looking for a place to get or upgrade anything camera related backdrop related underwater, photography, or soft boxes then speak with Eduardo very knowledgeable and patient person

I came in to get an estimate for some pro gear I was thinking of selling. While I found the offer laughably low, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as the amount of photography equipment they offer. The staff were all knowledgeable and ready to assist with any questions I have. I would definitely recommend them for future photography purchases!
