Cheap quality stuff that wants to catch fire. They refused to let me return the item saying once it’s been used can’t be returned. Keep in mind I bought it 5days ago and my son was only able to play with it for three. They said they could repair/replace it but wouldn’t take it back they did give me replacement parts free of charge but who wants to have a product that is such a big fire risk. I guess you’ll have to do outside research on your own because they’ll tell you whatever it takes to just make a sale and stick you with it.

Very knowledgeable crew, help me find and purchase my items needed to get me started with my rock crawler adventure. Also told me about some groups in my local area to go and play. Thank you.

Plenty of toys/hobbys at every corner. Everyone was very friendly. Great place to browse around. Traxxas techs were a big help getting my RCs taken care of with plenty of knowledge. Will definitely be stopping by again when in town.

Although there are times that I can’t help but feel like some of you dislike me and/or may be feeling strange that someone like me is into gundams, I still thank you for having such an amazing selection and far bigger shelves now for said kits! ☺️

I have no complaints about the staff of Hobby Town. I visited the store looking for airbrush equipment and found out they no longer carried any. But I did find some tape that will be useful for my artwork. Staff were very helpful and I enjoyed just wandering around the store. Cool place.

Visited the new store and chatted with the owner, very happy for their much needed growth. The new store is beautiful and spacious, actually get to look at and see all the products they have to offer, and have hands on with the product. They have a room where you can work on your projects, and even do some classes. This was much needed in Lubbock for us hobbyist. There is a great mixture of everything from RC cars, trucks, boats and plans to puzzles, Legos and science projects definitely your one stop shop for everything you need.

Needed some wheels for an RC, all the guys there were awesome and made getting the proper set a breeze. They even went ahead and put them on there for me pretty quick. As a newbie to the hobby i have to say they have super helpful staff!!
