I like Barnes and Noble very much for creating a calm, peaceful environment to explore what nourishes your soul. However, sometimes it is not price competitive and there are cheaper options available online. The cafe inside of the store looks very nice and warm.

I love this location. It's a huge standalone building with so much space for all their sections and their cafe area is open and level with the rest of the floor. I like that about it. The employees were very nice and helpful, both to their customers and to each other. That's something that doesn't get called out often, with most reviewers only focusing on the interactions between employee and customer. Great job, guys.

The people who work here keep the place wonderfully organized, it was beautiful to walk into. The staff, as an added bonus, are super polite and approachable. I asked for a specific book and they knew exactly where to take me. I also had the courage to ask for a recommendation and wasn't disappointed. One of the books in my photos is that recommendation! I will be visiting again🥰

I love Barnes and Noble! It is a joy to look around explore the unique layout and collections for each location. The contemporary romance section is definitely something to sink your teeth into! There are several Laura Thalassa books, new and up and coming indie authors, and all the classics.

I’m a frequent customer of this store. I enjoy browsing the store, there’s new items every week. My only complaint would be that there needs to be some different chairs in the cafe, they’ve been the same ever since it was opened 20-25 years ago. Would love a cafe with comfortable seating. And I miss the old days of 10-12 recliners or chairs being spread through the store so you could sit and read.

I’ve been to many a Barnes & Noble and this one is among the top contenders. I like the fact that they also offer puzzles, games, and toys. It’s so convenient to be able to buy gifts while I browse the book selections. With so many small tables set up throughout the store, I would like to see them grouped and signage provided to tell me what’s on the table. There’s nothing to draw me in to look there. Another suggestion pertains to the small section in the aisle heading towards the café. Yesterday it was a hodgepodge of Christmas cards on sale and some books from a couple of different categories. It would be nice to see a different theme every month with selections from all over the store.
