Tried to get an offer on books, movies, and a board game. Was told it'd be 45 minutes. After a four hour wait with no updates I was met with an insanely low-ball offer and then didn't receive all the items I brought back. Absolutely criminal operation.

Have shopped here multiple times before no issues, decided to stop in to purchase a couple christmas gifts before the rush and craziness a couple weeks ago, store not busy at all. Had a question so decided to ask a employee ( I’m assuming a manager based in the way she was dressed from other employees) for help, they were on there cellphone and looked busy so I waited till they were done to ask them for help , they looked at me like I was stupid after asking my question, looked back at their phone while saying no and giving me a look of disgust as if why did I ask them that. Okay no big deal we all have bad days, I grab my items go to checkout and there’s about 3 or 4 people in line one registered open, I get it it’s the holidays. Employee calls for backup so the same employee from earlier interaction comes up to open register starts screaming next, throwing people’s items in bags and has an immediate attitude, I get the stress but if you hate your job that much do something to change it, will avoid this location moving forward if possible

Actually have a great selection of everything and spent about 2 hours checking the place out. Enjoyed it all and will definitely be going back.

Selection is awesome, whether new or used, from books to figures to plushies to electronic to games etc. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Enjoy shopping here

I went to see how much they would offer me for a comic book collection they offered me around $35 I went to a different shop and had them price them for me and was told that they're worth $250-$300

Great place for collectors of comics and records and all kinds of great stuff!! Really nice employees and the place is clean , great atmosphere, keep up the great work guys 🙏

Very nice place. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only negative, they don't help protect what they sell with a free bag like every other retail business. They make you purchase a bag. Rude.
