I was looking at some good books here but then I had to go to the bathroom. Naturally I went to find the bathroom. Eventually I found it as soon as I walked in there someone decided it was the perfect time to "let the load go". It stunk up in seconds. Store is nice lovely workers. Bathrooms ARE NOT!

How nice to walk through a real bookstore and be able to see and feel the books in your hand. Nothing beats browsing the stacks and reading the synopsis on the backs of paper copy books. Barnes and Noble still has a wide offering of genres for whatever you're looking for.

Food is not Good at all pretzel was under cooked and soup was gross it was suppose to be potatoe and bacon it was just white thick gravy hardly anything in it for 11 dollars save your money....

Sure, it's a B&N, like pretty much every other B&N. But the staff is always very friendly and helpful! Plus coffee and books, what more could you ask for?

They always have what I'm looking for and cool stuff I'm not looking for. The employees are helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and readily available to help. Check out is a breeze and never have to wait long. I know it's not a library but I do wish they would offer chairs throughout for elders or those struggling with walking/standing so they are able to rest long enough to read backs of books. That would be lovely. Great place.

Helpful staff. Have been here many times before. Attached to the Columbia Center mall. There's a Starbucks inside. Public restroom, plenty of seats to sit down in and skim through books.

Amazing selection. I found legal and dictionary very spares. Love the game selection as alway. Inmates, ooops employees seemed very blah and low energy yet still helpful which is nice to have a sales associate just want to get help you and not push a sale. Overall friendly good atmosphere and selection ill be back.
