She’s incredibly talented, creative, and attentive—clearly someone who puts heart into everything she does. As a photographer, she has an amazing eye for detail, and that creativity shines through even in the small moments. She’s recently engaged and new to the area, and Bridgestreet is lucky to have her. Kara brings positivity, professionalism, and a welcoming energy that’s hard to find. If you’re stopping in for coffee, hope she’s the one who helps you—you’ll leave smiling. ☕️✨

I ordered three books for in-store pickup earlier that morning and waited in a very long line in the evening. When I reached the counter, I gave my name and email, but the employee (Lauralee) did not attempt to locate my order and sent me to customer service instead. Customer service found my order immediately—it was on the shelf behind cash wrap and directly behind the employee that I initially encountered. I then had to wait in the long line again to get my books. The South Huntsville locations seems to be more organized and friendly, I chose the Bridge Street location as it was on the way home but waiting just about an hour to get a pickup order from hours earlier was nuts.

I love book stores! I have never been a huge fan of barnes and nobles but this one is nice. It is always clean inside and it has a good selection! I love the area too, Bridge Street is such a cute and nice spot!

SWMBO and I stopped by B&N to browse after a big lunch. I had not visited this store in a while. The environment was clean and pleasant. The aisles were wide, the shelves well tended. Someone who arranged the books was not too well versed in separating Fantasy from Science Fiction so I moved on to the technical books. SWMBO and I left empty-handed without making an impulse buy. Our lunch was now comfortably settled.

Lovely store. Went here yesterday and found it to be very friendly. Nice selection of items and the Starbucks inside was really nice. The man who made me and my date's drink was really nice and knowledgeable in coffee craft.

Large selection and friendly fast service. I had pretty much given up on tradionally big box bookstores until I shopped here. It is a well stocked store with a great selection. It was Christmas Eve and they were busy but check out was quick and the staff was friendly. I will be back!

Alex is the absolute best. I went multiple times to get the latest Stray Kids album, always sold out. Have it the hail Mary college try and was ignored by 3 staff members. So I was super upset by the time I got to the register, Alex stopped what she was doing went in the back and produced exactly what i wanted, and she was also a super sweet Stay. Big ups to her... management, she deserves a raise. 🫰💚🫰
