Very large and open location. The store appears clean and very well stocked. They have a very good selection of books and other merchandise as well as a coffee shop. Easy to get to with plenty of parking spaces. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Though I love an independent bookshop, there is an upside to the excellent accessibility of Barnes and Noble. If you’re struggling to find something to do with an older adult on a rainy day - come here. We got my grandmother to go through the children’s books and pick out a book for my new baby so that we can think of her when we read it. We also got her a very nice Monet coffee table book for $15! Helpful staff and very organized.

I don't normally shop at Barnes & Noble but I had such a good experience there buying some gifts that I'll definitely be shopping there for books and kids toys from now on. The manager, Will, was incredibly kind and helpful.

The place was beautiful. Very clean and well organized. The stuff they sell is so pretty and is perfect for readers. I will definitely visit again.

As expected it was a very nice and calm environment being a bookstore. They do occasionally have events here for kids. Most of the staff are very welcoming and friendly and don't mind striking a conversation up with you.

First time here I will definitely be back. Such a kind and attentive staff . Such an amazing selection of books. I was quite surprised by their toy and stuffed animal section. Found some gems in there. Very well stocked and organized as well.

The bookstores are closing. This may be the last one in Birmingham. That is sad. My wife and I looked over the all the selections. Wife bought several items. My only dissatisfaction was the canteen. The coffee I ordered was so bad I poured it out. Otherwise it was a good visit.
