Great items throughout the store. Prices are reasonable. Didn't like that I was followed around. The child was practically on my heel. I asked her to stop the following. She had attitude and eye rolling. The cashier was extremely pleasant and Helpful. Great attitude and people skills. I'll be returning to purchase more great items.

Really good customer service and Very kind and helpful with finding certain things. I have been back there many times and will continue to return. The price is reasonable for a smaller K POP store and with a good enough variety in such a small place.

I ordered an album from them online, they told me it would take a week or 2 to get to my house. They told me it will be coming from Korea so it would take a bit longer. 2 weeks became 5 months and nothing came in the mail and no updates. I had to go in the store at ala Moana to ask for a refund because we ended up not even getting the album.

I was nervous about purchasing from them bc I'd never heard of the store before but LISTEN, if you're having the same doubts DONT. I ordered three lightsticks and they're all authentic and work perfectly. They arrived quickly and the shop is very responsive with questions and concerns. I can not recommend this store enough!!!

There was a miscommunication that caused an issue with my order, but they handled it well. I finally got my Stray Kids light stick and the shipping was fast, within 3 days.

I wanted to buy a Lightiny v1 for the concert, but it’s sold out EVERYWHERE. But somehow I found that this store had some, and at first I was like idk cuz there’s no reviews online, but I bought it anyway and it came a week and a half later!! It’s official, didn’t come damaged, and works and I’m so happy!!! Thank you!!

I bought a Blue ODDINARY and it was missing the pack of photo cards, I inquired about it and we haven’t heard back in 2 days. Before that I bought a Black Maxident and it was missing half the contents
