The coolest spot for a book junkie. It's overflowing with used books and that's not just an expressions. Books are stacked on the floor and on top of everything because there are way more books than there is room for on the shelves. But this is part of it's charm. And part of the fun is the hunt through the stacks and stacks and shelf after shelf. Found some real treasures. And the owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun bookshop. There's little to no organization due to books being stacked on top of each other on the floor and on shelves. You have to move books out of the way to see others on shelves behind the stacks. I didn't mind this as it felt like a treasure hunt. The owner is very friendly and talkative. My only suggestion is a better pricing model. You can spend hours looking for a book that you want to buy and then when you get to the counter the price seems to be made up on the spot outside of the pricing ranges written on a piece of paper. You may be surprised by the price and walk out with nothing instead.

I have been a lover of books and bookstores my entire life. Unfortunately, this is a poorly run, disorganized bookstore and you should not waste your time by visiting it. In my opinion, 75-85% of these books are worthless and should be recycled. The books are not priced. There are some vague guidelines posted for what paperbacks and hardcovers cost. In my opinion, these vague guidelines wildly over-estimate the value of these books. Books that I would pay maybe $2-3 for had a vague guideline of $5-10. Visiting this bookstore was a waste of my time.

Stopped in on a road trip and loved the wide and deep selection of books, really enjoyed chatting with the owner. Worth checking out!

Awesome collection of rare & antique books. Just purchased an 11 volume set of Will Durant’s The Story of Civilization. Nice condition. Called ahead & Jim had them ready to go. I will be back!
