I love visiting this shop. I always find a couple of beauties on the "new arrivals" shelf just inside before I’ve even started in earnest. The broad selection is beautifully organized and well-lit, with a whole section by publisher (like Modern Library). They have authors on their shelves I’ve heard of but never seen anywhere else (P.F. Kluge!). Truly a great source of sometimes hard-to-find books at very fair prices.

Such a gem of a bookstore. We wished we had much more time to wander and take it all on. Fabulous selection of books, floor to ceiling, lovely owner. We would absolutely go back next time we are in the area!

What a lovely spot! I brought my young nephew in and the staff were wonderful. It's a fun selection of non-fiction and fiction in a cozy, welcoming space. I definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

An adorable, cozy bookstore filled with shelves upon shelves of books from every genre! The whole place smells like fresh cut wood and old books! It’s awesome!

When I say that I love used bookstores, THIS is the kind of place I'm talking about! Narrow shelves, lots of old books in various states of use, and that lovely musty/attic smell. This place was worth the drive up. I definitely want to return next time I find myself in New England. Parking was tight, but (thanks to the recent late winter storm and to NO fault of the business) half of it was snowed over and/or muddy. I imagine it's significantly better in the summer.

Thoroughly enjoy every visit here! We like to bring friends here and spend time exploring the stacks. Always a delightful time, then we go to Super Scoops for ice cream.
