Good selection of movies. Couldn't really enjoy myself because I was being watched like I was a thief by a two team member security force. They should stay in the back and not hover over customers with their learing eyes burning through us. I'd bet i had more money in my pocket than anyone else in there. I spent $150 on some movies. Probably would have spent double that if I wasn't being stalked. Felt rushed. I just grabbed the 4 movies I know I wanted and left. Online shopping gains another foothold. Shame.

Above average location for this bookselling corporate giant. Very friendly baristas making great lattes and coffee. Very friendly staff helping assist you find you desired book or point out great deals currently going on. Very neatly arranged and organized store layout. Entire store was very clean as well. Highly recommended!

Jamarcus and I believe it was Justin ( working check out at 10:45am), are two very nice and helpful employees that the company should be thankful to have. Jamarcus helped me find something ive been hunting for a couple years. He took my number down and called me when it was found, they held it at the counter once confirming I was coming to pick up. Im so grateful for these people for being so kind, helpful, and understanding.

Nice library, not enough plug sockets if you want to plug up a computer or anything. Literally like 4 in the entire store and there always someone using them. You’d have to come first soon as they open to use them. The bathrooms are disgusting, years of me living in Gulfport the bathrooms ALWAYS smell horrible, and I would believe they have a bad septic system because they stink nomatter the time of day, even early soon as they open.

Went in there today and saw that they had big flyers claiming "25% off EVERYTHING" but when I got to the register, apparently everything was full price. There's fine, barely legible print that lists a handful of exclusions (including magazines). But even the one book I got -- which should have been discounted, at the very least, based on those stipulations -- was full price. Highly deceptive marketing. No wonder this chain is dying out and becoming more irrelevant.

It's always nice and clean inside. I jist wish it wasn't priced so high. If theublpwered prices just a bit or offered reward programs they might do better. The economy is tight and inwould hate to see such a repaired disappear because they can't compete pricing. We go in, look at books and games, then usually buy them online. Every now and then we buy some decently priced books or Manga. We did buy ASVAB and ACT study guides here.

Great staff within the store and Cafe. Very happy to sit and drink my coffee while my wife immersed herself in the wide selection of books. The rewards program is well worth the annual expenditure.
