I absolutely love this store but I have bought TWO blind boxes from here that were already opened. I didn’t realize they were already opened because they did not seemed tampered with even the ridged pull apart tabs were untouched. It wasn’t until after I opened them I realized there was tape closing the boxes. I do not know if the employees are opening the boxes to see if they want the boxes themselves or if they are taking back already opened blind boxes but I paid full price for them so that was disappointing. It takes away the fun to be honest. If you buy blind boxes from here just check your boxes before buying. I know I definitely will. No one likes opening an already opened box. Heres some examples on what it looked like I didn’t notice them at first.

There are plenty of books and it’s a really good place to walk around and look, but some of it is disorganized so it can get a little bit overwhelming in the used section. The staff are all really friendly. You could spend hours in here and not get bored if you like books of course .

Waited in the building for 2 hours on my trade in for them to tell me they can't get started on it until tomorrow. I have to work so I had to take all of my stuff back with no chance of getting there the next day. That is definitely something that should have been told way sooner.

Review update: Still love this store, however lately no matter how crowded it is, count on a wait at the register for no real reason. And I maintain that you will always get someone grumpier than necessary when you checkout. Almost like its an intentional business model to have grumpy employees at the front. Love this store! We frequent this location and wait in line on the $.01 a page sale each year. We often sell media back and get cash or store credit. My one complaint is that we can count on getting someone unnecessarily grumpy at the register. Dampens the experience. Overall though, we highly recommend!

Great customer service and fairly priced options. I enjoyed their super fun mystery box bundles! I wish they were open a little later, but it's okay!

This is one of the largest 2nd and Charles stores we've been to. Typical good selection of everything you can think of. I picked up some books and Funko Pops. You could spend hours in that store browsing! I also bought the best bag ever to have been made 😂

New and used books, games, records, dvds, cds, musical instruments, comics, toys, collectibles, trinkets. This place has literally everything. You can buy, sell or trade things here and I added a photo of how that works. The prices are reasonable and they have cheap things and expensive items so there is something for every price range. Great place to buy gifts and the employees are nice. Watch yourself on the way out, the toys and trinkets that line the checkout always get me! This place is awesome. Some notable themes are DnD, harry potter, avatar, marvel, DC, anime, spooky, the classics, book tok, crystals, and a lot more!
