Opening staff on Thursday 5/9 was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us navigate the sale items and were professional and courteous. Thanks so much for a lovely visit to our Alma mater! They helped make our return to UNC special.

The book store was really nice and the clothing was well priced.

Unprofessional and rude staff . Probably students but they still should be more mindful and demure.

Moved our daughter into UNC and my wife and I had to get some proud parent gear. The bookstore is big! It has a lot of options from hats to shirts to coffee mugs. My wife bought a "Bears Mom" coffee mug and I got a "Bears Dad" on. The staff was really helpful and friendly as well.

I went here for the Greeley Jazz Band festival, and just looking outside the window - the Campus was stunning. The architecture was brilliant and I enjoyed the prospect of the olden building with a modernized look on the inside and the atmosphere it possessed. I enjoyed my time at the fest, and a majority of the people were nice (minus the photographer) and they were helpful. However, the event could've been better planned, since there were times where our school had to leave our instruments crammed to the side of the hallway, which was fine for my case but many larger instruments had a hard time with fitting while not making the hallways super cramped.

CHECK EVERY INCH OF YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE! We traveled from Montana for my daughter’s volleyball camp...7+ hours...and she bought a sweatshirt to remember her time here. When she put the sweatshirt on this AM she noticed the seam at the cuff was unraveling. I promptly attempted to exchange the item and the gal at the store refused to exchange the $42 sweatshirt. Great customer service🤔 it’s a little hole, my daughter will survive, but I’m pretty annoyed at their flat-out refusal to make things right.

Way too much trouble here. Purchased books and got overcharged so I had to go back and get that fixed, and made an online order that was for a gift that got back ordered and cancelled twice over the course of three weeks. Went in to figure out why this happened and was told they had sold out a long time ago and didn't have any left. Needless to say the items are still available online..and are in the "process" of being taken down. So much for a nice gift that I waited for to not receive.
