I’ve been shopping here for years and I have gotten to know the employees here pretty well. They are all so nice and attentive. I also notice them constantly going around the store and keeping it neat and organized whenever people mess up displays or move stuff around. It helps the store feel neat which is nice because they have so much stuff it can get overwhelming to look at lol. So it makes me sad to see people say that they feel like they’re being followed when its probably just the employees going around meticulously organizing the store. These girls are so sweet. They go out of their way even on a busy day and the store is packed just to help me find something they aren’t even sure they have but they look anyways. Or go around the store to show me the new things they got in. A few years back, some of Dotdotbang’s stuff did look unofficial but now a majority of their anime merchandise is definitely official. I’m an avid collector so I know their prices are fair for a small business. Especially when they get hard to find merchandise like Sonny angels (they have the same price for them as amazon and other local stores), Ensemble Stars, and Nendoroids (pricey but if you go to conventions or other local stores in texas its the same price). I never wrote a review before but I love this store and the girls that work here, so I dont think some of these reviews before mine are as informed as I am. Since I’m a regular to this mall and I don’t personally think merchandise thats over $20 is expensive…

Very cute! On my Texas trip from out of state, it was on my to-do list to visit Miniso but I landed up stumbling upon this cute store! The pink outside is very pretty and they had clothing and anime things but what really got me were the stuffed animals! Definitely would visit again! The staff was friendly too, nice place!

Online customer; not sure which store to put the review since the address on the package shows a Skylane Drive address, so I'm choosing what I think is the main store. The package shipped fast and came undamaged. I was a bit worried since there was no box, but the strong bubble wrap protected it! Not even a single dent. Prices on their shop are decent compared to others! Hope to see more variety in their online store soon.

It’s a little pricey but they have great vocaloid merch.

Lauren was an absolute sweetie pie! She was extremely interested in me and my group of friends and we really liked her energy and the jokes she mad. Overall great first experience because of Lauren 💕

Don’t buy anything here. I bought a black cute purse from here, after I wear it, the chain got broken, I went back to the store in Frisco at Stonebrair mall. The lady manager has very rude attitude said they can’t do anything with it either exchange or do anything else. Never buy things from this place. Very easy 😡 broken!!!

This was right next door to a similar store. This one was smaller but had lots of things my daughter lived. We purchased some things from her. Customer service was great. Only issue is that everything was locked up. It was so weird.
