I have bought my masters graduation regalia. They have billed everything that I have bought and also they have billed me for FIRST GEN STOLE which I have not even bought but they have billed me and not given it. And it was 48$.

Ask about BARTLEBY*** Favorite place on campus!! Love the attire and collection of books. The staff is very friendly and I am always satisfied when leaving. The textbooks are somewhat expensive (like any place you go to) but they do price match depending on the book and if you ask. They also buyback your books, but as new editions are coming out you might not get a lot of money back since it would be an old edition.. but that's not their fault. I totally recommend stopping by, especially if you need any UCO apparel!!

I stoped in today after today to get my cap and gown for graduation. I forgot my wallet at home today with out realizing it. I asked the cashier to hold onto it for me while I go home and pick up my wallet and come back. This was after 12. I came back to campus about 1:30 and had to wait til someone noticed me at the front. Once some one noticed me I asked for the order that got set back. She couldn't fine it so I hurried and grabbed the last gown on the shelf and hat and got tasals again. I paid for them. Then I asked if she seen my water bottle because I left it on accident. She said she did but wasn't sure where it went. So she went to ask her coworker. Her coworker proceeded to go to the trash can and pulled it out and bring it to me. My bottle was not there for that long. Overall poor quality service. And absolutely disrespectful. The lady didn't even say I'm sorry she just said I threw it away!

The books are super over priced. The staff was very helpful in store but their support team is pretty much incompetent. I ordered a couple of books online but realize four weeks before they shipped that I get them for almost $60 cheaper for each of them directly through the supplier. Every time I sent an email directly to the support team online, they failed to cancel my order. This has been going on for a while till they finally shipped it out and charged me for it. They even offered to price match in through email but nothing became of it. Next time when books are needed for a course, just buy directly from the supplier or think of this Barnes and Noble as a last resort. I like the other Barnes and Noble. Just been having horrible experiences with this one.

BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE: either DON'T or IMMEDIATELY make sure all your codes work, or you will waste a lot of money. Not posting to be angry or anything, just trying to save people who were me from two weeks ago lol Ordered books for a class. Did not get the access code for my class ... despite ordering through the school website. Realized after the 2 week trial expired. Realized after receiving books. Realized while I have a quiz tomorrow. They're only open 4 days a week, no customer service whatsoever to call. No voice answering machine. They will legit rob you lol. Just buy your books online or directly from the suppliers, you will get better service since apparently these people can't read lmao despite working at a college

Overpriced, I only come here if it's my last option for books. You would think they would do better deals for those graduating...nooope. Literally go anywhere but here to get gifts or anything UCO. Only get 2 stars because it looks nice.

Its fine, things are a bit pricy but that's to be expected. Staff is friendly. The 3/5 is due to the hours of operation. Commuter students are at a total disadvantage here if they work a standard 9 to 5
