The selection of eloquent journals is especially lovely, making it easy to find something that inspires writing, reflection, or creativity. No matter how many times I visit, I always walk out with a good book in hand. The children’s section is particularly impressive, with an extensive variety of books, a welcoming reading area, and charming touches like hand puppets that invite kids to engage, imagine, and fall in love with reading. It’s a space that encourages curiosity at every age—a bookstore that feels both enriching and inviting, and one I’m always happy to spend time in.

Love the staff here, so friendly! This location also has the better Manga and comics section. I've also had an odd luck streak here. A book I was looking for quite literally jumped off the shelf at me. I thought it wasn't there until all three fell and there it was. I always feel good after stopping in. 💖

This is one of two Barnes & Nobles in town with the other one being on North Academy near the Chapel Hills mall. This one by the Citadel Mall is just as good. The one up north seems a bit nicer and has a Star Bucks, but the one by the Citadel will have more of what you're looking for in stock. As a big nerd in anime, Star Wars and other items to collect, this store always has something and usually pretty good prices too. The staff is friendly to my knowledge, but I only stop by once in a blue moon.

Love books!! Always a great selection, store is always well stocked, employees will look anything up for you. Great Harry Potter selection. Kids area is great and well managed always clean. Inventory is not always correct or the best due to location (citadel crossing) I shop here weekly.

The store itself is quite nice, and it even has its own dedicated parking lot, which is conveniently situated separate from the mall. This feature makes parking hassle-free and adds to the overall convenience of visiting the store. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior. The building offers ample room to browse through the vast selection of books. One notable highlight is the large children's wing, which provides a dedicated space for younger readers to explore and engage with literature. It's a fantastic addition that caters to families and encourages a love for reading among children. Another impressive feature of the store is the enormous Harry Potter wall. This dedicated section showcases a wide array of Harry Potter books and merchandise, creating a captivating display for fans of the beloved series. It adds an element of magic and charm to the store, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in curating this section.
