Always has the books I need and if not they will order them. Great employees there and no issues from me. Been using them for years!

It's a small family owned business that's been around for a while. I got a fair price for the relevant text books I brought them. I conducted business with the owners son and he was kind and took his time. Didn't try rushing through. If you've some college text books you want to sell, I'd recommend this place (sooner rather than later).

Don't even think they deserve one star they are the biggest rip off around. I will never buy books from this place again. They sell you books that aren't bound without informing you that you will get absolutely nothing back from them and they take advantage of broke college students needing money. Try Amazon or the college bookstores before you buy from this place and sell your books elsewhere you will get way more for your books that's what I did. These people offered me 10 on books I spent 400 but thanks to Amazon I made most of my money back and definitely more than the 10 dollars this company tried to offer me.

Many of my books were cheaper at the college bookstore than here, but the one that was cheaper was a lot cheaper. The college bookstore was selling the book for around $210 and studymaster had it for $160. I kind of wish my other books had had better prices than the college bookstore, but I'm glad I got a good deal on my most expensive one. The cashier was quick even when she had to go to the shelves to search for a book that she couldn't search for on the computer for some reason. Overall, my visit was very nice.

I always find cheaper versions of what I need here because they sell the loose leaf version of my textbooks here. They give you a free binder with the purchase of loose leaf books (which I thoroughly clean with alcohol) too. The customer service is okay. First week of school is very busy and they're usually closed the second week of school. They'll buy your book for cheap then resell it for a heftier price which isn't abnormal but still, yeesh. Anyways. I'd recommend this place before buying from the on campus Barnes and Noble.

This place sucks. Why? I rented a book, and their daughter or their sons girlfriend, whoever she was, misinformed me about their renting policy. When I tried to return my rental, the owner ended up giving me a refund and apologized. I was a happy customer. Until they took the money back out of my account. It happened at the beginning of the fall semester of 2016 so I'm not even worried about it anymore. Just be aware. I hate to give a bad review because they had what I needed, but they basically refunded me my money and then took it back.

Studymaster is a small bookstore located basically on APSU's campus. They offer competitive prices with rental discounts compared to the campus bookstore. I highly recommend pricing your books at multiple places, but I have purchased most of my books from Studymaster as they generally have the lowest price. The staff is very friendly and will help you find the books you need. They will help you from the moment you walk in the door, until you've checked out and you have been set on your way.
