Great selection of albums, lightsticks, and merch in general. They even have some signed albums for display, too! Honestly a great experience with very kind employees, and they have great customer service if you order online too! 5 stars, and I would recommend stopping by for a trip if you're in the LA area!

the selection here is great and reasonably priced as well! the staff are also very kind!! i had purchased one of &team’s albums today and unfortunately they couldn’t find the pobs that come with it. they were very apologetic and offered to refund me or that next time im in the area i can show them my receipt and hopefully they’ll have it in stock and can give it to me 🙂

They never respond to online order issues. There was a lack of responsibility and effort to address the issue. I would NOT recommend spending your money here. There are other shops that offer more affordable pricing, prompt customer support, and free shipping options with discount codes.

The staff here is super nice and accommodating. I had a shipment issue with my preorder but they were able to help out with finding solutions. I’m so happy I got my merch now 💙💜🩷❤️💚

Traveled to Los Angeles for a friend's birthday weekend we stopped in to buy some gifts. I absolutely love this store but I especially love the staff because they're so friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.

bru i literally just came here right now 9/27 and the cashier in a black sweater and a silver ring was SHOUTING at me and i didn’t even know she was. when i got in line i there was someone in front of me and i just assumed he would be next in line and i got a txt from my parents so i was distracted. she had no reason to be shouting at me over and over again in the store like that. obviously if i’m distracted and didn’t hear u the first few times do something else, does it look like you’re gunna get my attention by shouting louder at me. the guy in front of me didn’t move from the line so i assumed she wasn’t shouting at me and shouting at the guy instead. and there are employees walking around the store, one was even following me, and their all just watching her yell at me or what 😹😹. wasnt even worth my time trying to explain myself to her in person so i’m leaving this review to hope that there is better professionalism within her . be kind babes ( it says natalie k on the receipt)😽😽

Great options and lots of choices. Updated review as store was mixed up. Great experience and really fast response with issues and currently awaiting online order which was smooth.
