I had a great experience at Barnes and Noble. The store was welcoming, well organized, and a perfect place to browse and relax. Shasta and Mae provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made the visit even better. Their positive attitudes really stood out and made me want to return. Highly recommend this location. - The cafe is great place to study with plenty of seating - kids section separate -store well designed to find books easily -customer service was top notch

Merry Christmas. My first time Barnes &Noble Boynton Beach. Not the last one for sure! Very impress in a good way!. Alice helped me to find the book I was looking for, only one left, I was very lucky. Also she was my cashier at check out. She is very nice and helpful. Thank Alice see you soon.

Really nice Barnes and Noble in Boynton Beach. Really big with lot of options. Book, toys, music, you name it, they have it. Saw some Legos that I haven't seen before too.

Very well organized everything has a special place. It makes things so easy to find. I had been looking for a special book for my Grandkids and they had plenty of them in hard cover. " lm so glad you were born" the book touches my heart and they even matched the price l found online! I also want to mention their coffee shop with many choices of delicious drinks and desserts.

Had a wonderful experience! One of the larger B&N locations. Lots of selection and the employees are extremely helpful. I love the way the layout the books in categories making it easy to select and find options. 10/10 recommend!

Jason was SO KIND and HELPFUL! I am from out of town and was searching for 10 specific books. I called to see if there was a quick way for me to send over a list to see if they have any of the books at their own time. Jason was super nice and offered to help me right then - knowing I was looking for 10 books! He was able to track down 4 of the 10 but I am very thankful he went above and beyond to help me out. Much appreciated!!! This is why I will always be a B&N member!!

This review is in regard to the employee Susan. I really do not want to give 2 stars. I love this place. I have been coming here every single day since June for comfort due to dealing with grief and starting school. Every employee has been very sweet and knows me and says hello every time. However, an employee named Susan has addressed me 5 times. One time was for smoking a cigarette 10ft away from the door. One time I went to bathroom and left my bags on the table and when I had returned, I noticed that she had moved my bags on top of the trash can. Another time, I was carrying three bags, quickly put them down so I can search for the book I wanted and told me to be mindful and move my things. Another time, was again for leaving my bag next to me as I was reading in one of the sections. Another incident, was at Barnes and noble with a friend discussing literature. He had left his bag and water bottle on the floor which covered maybe 5 books from the lower shelf. Mind you, we were sitting in this section for 15 minutes and nothing was addressed. He told me to watch his bag as he went to the bathroom. Sure enough, as soon as he got up, she came and told me to move the bags so people can shop. No one in this location has ever addressed me about obvious things such as moving a bag when someone needs to reach or book or move around. I am very respectful of this place and put in a lot of money daily due to wanting to keep bookstores open. She has made me feel so uncomfortable. I have seen multiple people smoke outside and haven’t been addressed. I’ve seen people sit on the floor with their bags around the same as I and have never been addressed. It has gotten to the point where I feel as if it’s a racial thing because I am dark skin. No one else has given me a problem and every time she has a shift, she has addressed me about something so simple and obvious. Making it seem as if I’m being disrespectful and it is heartbreaking because I love this place and everyone who works here. When my friend got up to go to the bathroom, she immediately came over. Moving my bags onto the trash because I went to the bathroom. All I did was drop my two bags in one section so I can grab a book that is constantly sold out and was reprimanded. The manor in which she addresses these issues comes off very unkind and aggressive. It has actually made me cry because this is a safe space and has been for four months now. These events have taken place over the course of august and September. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but it has brought me to tears at this point because I know I’m being picked on and I don’t know why. However, every worker here is sweet. I love Anne Elizabeth. So sweet. This location is organized and has a wide variety of books. I still recommend coming to this location and I will not let someone hinder me from finding comfort through books and being surrounded by books. This place has been the only place that keeps me from crying about my current loss.
