Kroger

We love Kroger because of it’s fresh fruits and vegetables, that’s why we buy most of our groceries there. But, today one of the employee at self check out said we have to have a digital coupon to get discount but she just stood there and watch us looking up for coupon until an older lady came to assist us to get the coupon for us then the first lady handed her the coupon paper. See??the first lady has no customer service.

Prescriptions sent in by hospital. Went to pharmacy to pick up Prescriptions that were sent in hours before I left hospital. Arrived at pharmacy & was told it be 15 minutes (this happened twice for same Prescriptions). Two days later had the same thing happen, only this time it would be 30 minutes, for a Prescriptions sent on day before. No explanation.

5:00 on Wednesday, only one cashier.. rest is self checkout.

Stopped here to get something not available at the other Krogers in Bowling Green. This store is huge and not for me. But, they do have an enormous selection of different products I’ve never seen elsewhere. It was also very clean.

Nice clean store with some newer updates to an older store. The pharmacy staff are so kind and helpful, great place to shop!

My main place for groceries. It's constantly upgrading. There is a Starbucks and a branch of BB&T bank plus a small bit descent wine shop. It's a one stop solution for me. Only complaint is they are not Vegetarian friendly. The health food selection is sub par. Since this post 2 years ago the health food section has great lunch improved. The store has gotten even better except for one aspect. The customer service staff. Since Im this business I noticed a complete failure on this end. Rude, no manners and can be just hateful for asking a simple question. The first 2 times I over looked it because everyone has a bad day. But this happens every single time for at least a year. So I have to take away on that note

Rude disrespectful and unprofessional.if you are unhappy and trying to discuss a med issue they gang up on you and interrupt your conv.They filled a med.I didnt even ask for and refused to fill my child's meds that I had a refill on and the computer system allowed me to request the meds 2 days before.They also close the pharmacy for lunch so no one can get their meds
