Books-A-Million

My biggest complaint about this store is that they harass customers to buy book club cards. I am not interested but that is not a good enough answer for them. They go on and on every time I go there. The coffee shop guy attempted to put me on a guilt trip this last time telling me I should support education and made a reference to my baby. This was after he told me I should support local businesses. I wanted to tell him that I don't like going there because their store is not at all organized like Barnes and Noble. They need to go there and take a few notes. BAM is cluttered and unorganized. I'd rather pay a dollar or two more for a nice atmosphere and professional customer service.
