Barnes & Noble

I came in with both my toddlers and we tried to be undisruptive. We came in December so the Starbucks had a delightful list of seasonal drinks for everyone. I ordered the Home Alone peppermint hot chocolate, The Elf sugercookie white chocolate latte, The Snowman sugercookie steamer, a chocolate frosted cupcake, an orange juice, and an apple sauce gogo squeeze pack. We sat down and pretty quickly received all our items. We kept to ourselves, but my two year old boy kept getting off his chair, trying to play. While we were there two elders made nice comments about my kids. I felt good and we ended up staying at the bookstore for 2 hours looking around and buying books and activities kits for learning to write and count. Such a good experience that day, we will be back!

One of my favorite places to go! Between the books, board games, other activity books or kits and toys and books for our son, they have so much to look at!

They sell some unique and hard to find books at this location<3. Close to the mall, shopping, and walmart. Not busy, no wait at register. Starbucks cafe inside. Most purchases at B&N register leads to a coupon deal at the B&N cafe! Highly recommend.

Kind of a smaller Barnes and Nobles. I went to the Starbucks there for a caramel macchiato while working on notes on my laptop. The barista had a line but had a great attitude and got my order out quick and efficiently. Overall great atmosphere.

I called to speak to a manager about an incident that happened in the parking lot (just curious to see if they have cameras and if she was able to look up an incident for me) and the lady who answered the phone kept asking me why I needed to speak to a manager. She never stated that she WAS a manager, and told me she would find the manager on shift, but kept asking why I needed to speak with one. I told her I would just prefer to speak with the manager so I can get the info I needed. Anyways, I finally get a manager that didn’t want to say her name, and after I ask my question about the cameras, she said "no we don’t, and just so you know…." Then she decided to very rudely tell me about how the lady who answered the phone in the first place was a manager, and could’ve answered these questions. So why didn’t the gal say that she was a manager in the first place? If you’re too lazy to do your management job, then just refuse the call all together. Definitely won’t be shopping here ever again, and also beware that their parking lot is not supervised and management (the whole store is apparently management) won’t really care to help you on the phone. Gross customer service.

Barnes and Noble is... Well, it's Barnes and Noble. If you know, you know. We love it, we don't go often enough. I did see a coffee shop inside. I don't recall ever seeing one that doesn't.
