Half Price Books

This is one of the bigger stores under the Half Price banner. It has chairs to sit in and read. It was discos. It also a decent selection of manga which is why I went in the first place. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had a great visit.

Really loved this location! Plenty to choose from and I enjoyed the layout!

We go to a lot of bookstores, both big name and backwoods. Overall half price is well organized. I guess I just get a bit flustered when they quote unquote alphabetize the authors yet they don't go past the first letter and you're trying to look for a specific author and it's in six different spots. I only saw this in the sci-fi section cuz that's where I was looking that day so I'm not sure if it is store wide. I mean not as bad as some half prices we have been to recently. But it sure would make it easier to find what I'm looking for without having to zigzag back and forth. The store was very clean. They cashier was very friendly. I'm of two minds about the gender fluid bathrooms not that I'm against any of that but walking in there after a guy used it 😵‍💫 there are several reasons men have their own bathrooms. Needless to say I left a light/fan on when I left to save the next person's nose.

Solid Book selection. And game selection. I went mainly for the CD’s and was just a little bothered by the organization of them. I don’t think the Rock & Pop section should be looped into one. There’s more than enough space to divide them into two separate sections. And it’s organized by artist last name? Doesn’t make sense since most Artist go by their first name or have 1 band name. I feel like most of my time was wasted because I had to look through a genre I didn’t come to look for and too much confusion on how they were organized. Also the CD clearance section could’ve been organized as well at least by alphabet (first please lol) Lowkey I would do it myself cuz it bothered me that much lol.

Great variety of books at pretty good prices. I resold a number of old CD'S and got a genuinely good price. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Purchased a collection of all ten seasons of Stargate SG1 from this store a while back. All DVD boxes were wrapped up, so I assumed they were complete. I recently began binging the series and just now discovered that Season 6 was missing several DVDs and Season 7 was just disk 4 and a separate DVD for some film called "An Officer and a Gentleman".

The staff is nice and very helpful. Great selection of books as well; new and used. It almost has the feel of a non-profit. They just want people to read!
