By far my favorite location! This store is HUGE, well stocked and always, always clean. They have the best selection of education toys, which usually I do find over priced in comparison to other retail stores BUT surprisingly these science kits we each under $40.

We went in after Christmas and it wasn't too bad, busy wise. Check out line was moving fairly quickly and we didn't have to wait very long. On the other hand however, getting help was not very pleasant. The employee I asked for assistance acted like I was a major inconvenience and didn't really want to help but did so begrudgingly. He wasn't even busy as all he was doing was straightening out one of the shelves. He walked me over to a couple different areas and just said "look around here. If we have it, it'll be around here." I ended up finding what I was looking for on my own. They were having a sale on some hardcover books at 50 percent off and apparently 25 percent off everything else. I'll just say, make sure to check your receipt, because you may not get the sale price you're supposed to. One of the hardcover books I bought showed it was 50 prevent off online but did not ring up that way. It only gave me 25 percent off. When I went back in they first tried to say it wasn't part of the sale. When I showed the price to them on their website saying it was 50 percent off they wanted to say it was an online only price. Eventually they decided to do a price match and issue a refund. I paid with a debit card but they said they could only refund store credit or cash. I took the cash but still can't believe they would even consider giving a refund, for their mistake, on a store gift card. That would mean they are giving you a refund that will only get paid back to them in the end. I've never been a huge fan of barnes and noble anyway, and this just made it worse.

I got to the store and was able to find the customer service area. They helped me find the books that I wanted and got on my way. I do wish they had another person at the registers. They only had one person. That person was lovely and was doing her best with all of the customers

This is a dangerous place for someone who loves books! Thank goodness bookstores like this one still exist! I love the smell of ink and paper as you walk in. Be prepared...you may come in with the intention of only getting one book, but be prepared to leave with an armload! Great service, prices and wonderful atmosphere!

Largest B&N I’ve experienced between Aurora and Denver. Love the layout and my kiddo loves the children’s section! There’s a mini stage for a reading area, and there’s also a small play area with a LEGO table and other toys children can play with!

I don’t come to Barnes and Noble to see their employee’s political beliefs/views regardless if they align with my own. Employees should not be wearing political pins on their uniform. Disappointing to see.

They had a sale 50% off hard cover books i picked three off a table with the sign but only one was on sale. When I asked the clerk agreed the signing wasn't very good and the books that were 50% off had a sticker, I only had one that was on sale, and it didn't have a sticker. Very disappointed, I should have asked to speak to the manager.
