This Is To Give the Lady @ the Deli Meat Counter This Afternoon about 4 o'clock on 01-14-2026 - 100 STARS !!!!!!, I walked up just ahead of a gentleman who later arrived and felt he was FIRST, So I let him " GO FIRST ", He Absolutely Punished This Lady Beyond Belief, Astounding, he gave her Multiple Orders for ONLY 2 Slices, Yes 2 Sliced of Different Meats and 2 Slices of Different Cheeses, all cut differently in separate packings, Plus, Again Astounding he wanted to inspect each 1st cut of Meats & Cheeses for the " Proper Thickness ", Lord Have Mercy !, I Was Waiting For Him To Get Out His Micrometer Out and Measure Each Slice Thickness, If I Had Circled the Earth 5 Times I Don't Believe I Would Have Ever Witnessed a More Anal Retentive Person On the Face of the Earth That This " Gentleman Was ", THE LADY @ THE MEAT DELI COUNTER ENDURED THIS I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE DID, Afterward after he left and it was my turn, I asked, and she said this was not the 1st time he had Punished the Meat Deli Person with ridiculous orders and inspecting the thickness of the cut product, THIS LADY NEEDS SAINTHOOD FOR ENDURING THIS PUNISHMENT, and Kroger Should Read This Post and THANK HER, and GIVE HER A BIG BONUS

This location is very organized, clean and well stocked. There are a lot of options, no matter what you are looking for, it will be here, even clothing and shoes. The grocery, pet, and health depts are easy to shop as well. There is a health clinic and pharmacy at this location too. The pharmacy has a drive thru as well as indoor accessibility. I love shopping here! We spend a lot of our grocery money at this store. The staff are friendly and easy to find. I recommend strongly.

This Kroger is getting worse and worse. I am not sure if management has changed recently but it’s going downhill. There always seems to be trash on the ground outside and in. Carts are guaranteed to be parked all throughout the lot and they are likely to have a items you need out of stock. I did a pick up at this store for the last time today. I waited an hour and a half for my pick-up. I will not be shopping at this location anymore and will certainly recommending others do the same.

I just have to do a shout out for Kelly! I was running behind to get to my friend’s graduation and needed to get a clear bag to enter the coliseum. I just needed a small one, mostly for my toddlers things. I asked Kelly at the register if they had any clear bags and she walked me over to where they normally had them. Unfortunately, they were all sold out. She asked if I were in a rush and I told her I was. Kelly offered me her bag! She was even using it as her purse and emptied out all her belongings. Thank you Kelly for your kindness and for saving me from having to go to another store! I was able to get there right when the ceremony had begun!

Kroger is always great. I bought some fresh veggies and meat which I wanted to cook for dinner. The store was large, clean and organized. WiFi was provided. However, the UGA dog looked not nice with an angry face at the entrance.

Chris Taylor is a great leader! After speaking with the employees, I found out that they genuinely enjoy working for him. I've been shopping at this Kroger store for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed by how efficiently it operates compared to other stores in Braselton, Flowery Branch, and even Oakwood! I really appreciate this store. Well done, Chris, for your excellent work!

I just want to shout out Logan in curb side pick up they didn't have the bread or the cheese I ordered and he was kind enough to run back in the store and find bread and cheese for me most would not have done this I really appreciate it thank you so much for going the extra mile!
