Always somewhat of a comfort place growing up in Ann Arbor. I’d come here with a friend after my classes. Was here working on a project in the cafe. If they could get out of Starbucks as their cafe as a whole I’d be happier but it is what it is.

New collections are plenty! Great place to sit and read away at the Starbucks inside.

Went here with my best friend on our lunch break to do some book shopping and grab a bite to eat. Everyone was extremely nice and the books I wanted were right up front! The barista was very knowledgeable and answered my friend's question about their daily soup selection. They also have new tables and chairs in the dining area!! Overall, I have been coming to this Barnes and Noble since I was a kid and I have never had a bad experience!

Great service here from Dani. Approachable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific book series, and they only had the graphic novel in store. She did some digging on her own and was able to find a set for cheaper to be sent over in time for Christmas. Saving the holidays for me!

Like coming here with my wife she loves being able to read and finds it relaxing being able to sit down and open a new book we dont get time for to many pleasantries but we do what makes us happy. We recommend coming here with your kids your sister's, brothers, cousins, grandparents, parents it's a calm environment and a world of possibility.

This location appeared to be in complete disarray and no one cared. There were boxes open all over the store as if it was moving day for a bunch of college students. Collectibles were carelessly spread out as they burst from boxes while haphazardly thrown in every direction. Disabled veteran here had a difficult time maneuvering through the chaos. Additionally, the down escalator was broken and blocked off. The elevator got stuck for four minutes with me in it trying to traverse back to the main floor. The entire store appears to be poorly kept including the bathroom which has graffiti everywhere and no soap. After COVID, you would think stores would try harder. Lack of clear opening and handicap accessibility being limited made me dispair during my visit. Bad location.
