Beauty and The Book - Romance Bookstore

Beautiful little bookstore with a great selection of romance of all spice tolerances! ❤️‍🔥 When you walk in they ask you to remove your shoes and have comfy slippers provided. There are two themed rooms a pink rom com room and a gothic dark romance room with a limited seating area. They have a large selection of local authors and a book club to join 📚

I was finally able to check out this adorable little bookstore a few days after their opening. It’s so cute, clean and fun! Romance books are the best escape and they have a wonderful variety for all readers! I also really loved the Alaska author bookshelf at the front of the store. Along with books they also have some cute stickers, bookmarks, pens and journals! Definitely a great place for book lovers to check out.

Absolutely loved this romance book store in Anchorage! They have an awesome selection of romance novels. The layout of the store has different sections of books that makes it easy to pick your genre! It starts with soft romance and moves to darker romance! They also have so many cute bookish goodies like totes, bookmarks, reading journals, and more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY! 💕📚

I really enjoyed this store. They may be small, but they are mighty. Lots of great romances...some really well known BookTok choices like Butcher and Blackbird, Two Twisted Crowns, Powerless, The Ritual, and the Seven Year Slip, and some more obscure books. There's even a section for local Alaskan authors. If you like Romantasy, RomCom, Dark Romance, Monster Romance, or regular romance there is something for you at Beauty and the book.

The cutest little book shop I’ve ever seen! I was so excited to see this shop the very first day it opened. It exceeded my expectations! The vibes are perfect & cozy, I just wanted to sit on all the cute little couches and stay there all day. The variety of books is amazing and so is the section with all the other fun little accessories. I was able to grab a sweater and I love it so much. I cannot wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at Beauty and the Books. The book store is cute and cozy. There’s are many books to chose from which is amazing! I love that they have a dark romance room giving us the morally grey vibes. The employees there are so nice and sweet and I will be definitely back again to get more books for myself or as gifts.
