Sooo many bootlegs. Bootlegs are priced at the same price as licensed merchandise too. If you don't care whether or not something is official or not, that's fine, but buy online instead of here lol. It would be cheaper. If you still want to check it out, please at least learn a bit about differentiating between bootlegs and official merch.

Visually appealing, but not worth much after that. Products are terrible, t-shirts are overpriced for the poor quality, but what's worse is the fact that the husband will follow you around the whole time, like you're going to steal something. awkward vibes.

It was fine but only if you have a lot of money, the people who worked there are don't really talk much, which is a bit weird, cool products though. My sister brought this Hatsune Miku V4X and it cost $65.99 and it broke, one of her long pigtails fell off it was weird because we just brought it. Pretty sad that it was a beautiful product and was overpriced.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! i’ve been collecting for a while and dragon home is basically a scam. As of recent when i went there it seems they’ve gotten a few more legit items. I am not joking when i say this: 90% of dragon homes figures are overpriced bootlegs- if you like bootlegs- that’s fine, you do you. However, bootlegs are way cheaper online- so if you wanna save money buy online, or buy the originals for better quality. So what about the 10% of figures that are legit? I’ve only found two scales that were legit. Only two! There are some legit prize figures you can get at dragon home, for the great price of 70$! WRONG! You can find those exact figures online for 10-30$! This store is ridiculous for its overpricing on prize figures and bootlegs! As for the other products some of the pop funkos are overpriced- and if you buy items with art prints on it there’s a chance you’ll get a poor quality photo. Don’t buy the wallets. I bought one 2 years back, the wallet didn’t last me long. The prints come off easily and started splitting apart at the seams. I only had it for about 5 months before throwing it away.

Honestly, my experience there was pretty normal- besides the price. I could find the same items at other places (for a cheaper price). Also, I got a BTS poster for $10 dollars which isn't bad. I wouldn't go here all of the time since I have other choices, but I'm sure I would visit from time to time. (Edit) This is for the people who are looking for something specific: They have mostly anime and kpop things if that is what you are looking for. The rest is a bunch of knickknacks or toys. But what I have to say for the kpop fans or anyone else buying merch is that THEY ARE NOT REAL. Please do not walk in and buy a BTS hoodie thinking it's official because it is not. This is not a bad thing of course. I was just giving a warning.

Cool to browse, but not much else. Nearly every item in the store is a bootleg and a cheap knock-off that is priced ridiculously high. The owners keep to themselves for the most part and don't interact with the customers much either.

I know this place usually sells more knock offs than actual figures but what really grinds my gear is I was willing to buy one of these figures and the man that worked there broke it and said he’ll just superglue it back on. I asked him if he had any in the back, he said no, he super glued the figure back on and was still wanting to charge me the full price I said no and I left so be careful when you purchase things from here because most likely will be broken regardless if they’re not
