Best comic book shop in town! $1 comics, and on weekends they bring in even more and a lot of those are keys and even some awesome silver age stuff. The people are some of the nicest you'll ever meet and it's just a really really welcoming environment. Helped me feel too short boxes in just a couple months 🥰

This is a great place to shop with really good people. Their $1 comic book deals that they have been doing have brought a lot of us like minded people together that may not have been brought together other wise. The owner is doing a great job of what she set out to do with giving back to those who are true collectors of comics and not just in it to make a quick buck. Unfortunately you can't please everyone and some of the negative reviews show it. I would 100% recommend coming to this awesome small business and checking out what they have.

Love the store. Love the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of the way to assist you. Great selection with both comics and books. Plenty of out of print books and collectible comics from the golden, silver and modern day. Prices can't be beat. They could use a few more helpers as their inventory is enormous. But, they do a great job hustling by restoring the stock. They have many customers who travel from out of state primarily to come to their store. If you are a lover of comics and books, do yourself a solid favor and visit them.

I've been coming to Don's for years. It's a wonderful little bookstore. I love hardcovers and they have many to choose from. I'm a big fantasy & sci-fi fan, I love bringing in a list and searching for my books. They've even searched for and found a hardcover copy of the Killing Joke for me. One of the best bookstores in Albuquerque!

Amazing prices on an amazing selection of books and book-adjacents. The owner and his wife are the most pleasant, always a joy to interact with and very helpful. Carefully selected stock, and you can find some great oddities outside of Fiction.

Dons is the best bookstore in NM..Everyone is very kind, friendly, generous with their time and extremely helpful when help is needed.. It’s the kind of service that you simply don’t find these days.. anywhere.. My life changed cuz this place. The Tony Robbin’s books I have found on the shelves at dons legitimately changed my life and who I am..…I love this place.. the world would be a better place with more spots like dons.. from its people to the content in dons you simply won’t find a better place.

It's hard to find charitable giving many places anymore, but the family feeling at Don's goes the extra mile! They wholeheartedly gave two boxes of books for the kids in CYFD custody to have gifts this year! This is a fantastic business and wonderful people, as well! True love for reading for everyone <3 Don's Books is the best price in town when you're looking for used books, comic books, and graphic novels. They also take in your old books, and are always the most friendly and comfortable environment for talking or browsing that I've ever found in any bookstore!
