This bookstore has a wide collection of novels and literary works. Nowadays, when most physical bookstores have disappeared, I truly envy that people in Albany, NY still have one in their city.

Clean, organized and endless selections of books. Unfortunately they did not have the book I was needing at this location but the staff was phenomenal helping me. I really appreciated their patience and kindness showing me around to each section. Definitely one of the better locations !

Im sitting in my car on the verge of greatful tears. All 4 people I interacted with at this store were truely so kind. The man at the register though, was just so warm. I almost went back in to thank him but I didnt want to be weird so im doing it on the internet for everyone to see. Oof. Anyway. Whoever you are, thank you for seeing me. Our 3 minute interaction was more genuine than any interaction ive had in a long time. I felt seen. Thats all. Thank you.

Easy to find, friendly staff and have a Starbucks inside, plus the mall is behind.

This Barnes and Nobels is always looking great every time I go in. It has something for everyone to enjoy. Even for a person like me who doesn't tend to enjoy books. It is great for all ages!

A must visit place for those seeking knowledge! There is nothing like a real book in your hands to read. This experience can't be beat and you can feel it when you walk inside this bookstore. We picked up Napoleon Hill's "Law of Success", and there are so many other great books and other stuff from 'games', 'movies' like Harry Potter merchandise, and so many board games.. Walk in and be transfixed. The payment counter staff are friendly and smiling.

Staff is very helpful I appreciate their understanding and mindfulness they are skilled and as well as patient I felt I bug them for membership but the guy was so helpful that he helped me I didn’t get his name but I appreciate his help coffee was great as well quite well managed.
