Honestly so disappointed to have to write this review. I’ve been coming to them for a while now and I absolutely adored the way Karina would do my brows. Unfortunately I think they have become unorganized and too comfortable. Not once but twice have I driven from the foothills to the studio, WITH APPOINTMENT, just to be informed when I get there, Karina won’t be there. Although not a big issue, it’s unprofessional of them to not notify the client prior. Gas is not cheap and it’s unfortunate to have to waste gas to not even have a service done and having to leave disappointed. There unserious, UNORGANIZED, and unprofessional. Will be the last time going there unfortunately.

I absolutely love the services that I received this morning. I am new here to Yuma and premier salons made my eyebrow threading experience one to remember. They had online services to schedule and I got in same day within minutes. My eyebrows look perfect. 10/10 would recommend them!

So grateful for the ladies at this salon who took in my mother with welcoming arms. They assisted up the 3-step stair case. Opened the door for her. My mom showed her pictures of her past haircuts and the stylist copied just as she had int the past. They treated with kindness and respect. She was beyond pleased with her cut and the amazing staff at the salon.

There is a reason they have a 5-star rating and we found out why. Called and got a same day appointment for my 84-year-old mother and they transformed her hair into a work of art. The entire family was completely impressed and best of all... she feels wonderful about it. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I’m new to Yuma and brought my son and I in for hair cuts. Everybody was so wonderful and welcoming. They even helped entertaining my impatient son with their phones and trying to engage with him to make it a positive experience. Highly recommend

100% satisfied with staff very respectful, positive vibe and relaxed. Got hair done by Ms. Yoli she did a fantastic job and she was very respectful and awesome. If you are needing highlights and layer haircut she is the lady to go to thank you so much Ms. Yoli.

I just wanted 1.5 inches off my hair and a bang trim. My hair was already washed and straightened so I figured it would be easy. The stylist didn't know how to cut my hair since it was a V cut so I just said a bang trim would be fine, but I wanted my bangs above my eyebrows and I even pointed to where I wanted them to end. She barely touched them then said she was done. When I asked for them to be shorter amd she started to look up pictures of bangs! I pointed to how short I wanted them and she just look confused! I just said they were fine so I could finally pay and leave.
