River Falls Salon - Hair and Nail Salon Woodbridge VA

My experience at the salon itself was fine. After was the problem. My nail tech must not have prepped my nails properly to apply Gel X, as I’ve had 2 fall off in a matter of 2 days after getting them done. When you pay $70 for a service, you expect it to last. I am disappointed and unimpressed.

We really enjoy this salon — it’s a hidden gem! The staff never rushes and always takes their time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Their prices are very reasonable, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I loved my experience here. Anytime I bring an idea from the internet they execute it perfectly. I am always getting compliments on my nails when I come here 💅

I loveeeee this place! It’s super easy to schedule an appointment online, and you can always schedule services by calling the salon. The atmosphere within the salon is calming and relaxing. Going here after a long day of work is worth it. Everyone is lovely and welcoming whenever I'm there, adding to the experience. Just so y'all know, I never leave River Falls Nail Salon dissatisfied. My nails are always on point. In addition, they emphasize quality, are honest, and take great care of their clients’ nails. I'm so thankful my sister recommended River Falls Nail and Spa. Shout out to River Falls! The team here is truly wonderful. I arrived late because of traffic and expected to be turned away since they were close to closing, but they welcomed me with patience and kindness. They never rushed, and the service was excellent as always. Clean environment, great prices, and the most caring staff. This is my third visit, and I’ll happily continue returning. I was charged $7 extra for a "special" shape. It was round. I asked to trim my toenails, they were cut too short. My full set was also much shorter than requested. Felt very rushed. The underside of nails was not cleaned properly. Was not asked once if I liked my services throughout or at the end while paying. Will not be returning.
